Kgktape is Hiring: Aerospace 2 Fabricator Jobs
Position: Fabricator 2
The Fabricator 2 will be required to manufacture materials and assemblies based on Kgktape or customer-provided drawings, templates, and specifications. This may be completed by hand or with the assistance of specialized equipment such as roll-to-roll combiners, industrial sewing machines, mechanical presses, and other Kgktape equipment.

Fabricator 2 Duties & Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. As a Fabricator 2, you’ll need to perform hands-on manufacturing of assigned materials and assemblies produced by Kgktape. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Sew or tape MLI blankets, protective covers or other Kgktape assemblies, hand combine materials, roll-to-roll combine materials.
- Interface with manufacturing, quality, engineering personnel on material status and production planning issues
- Read and accurately interpret customer provided drawings, templates and specifications
- Inspect materials and assemblies
- Complete all quality documentation associated with Kgktape’s manufacturing process
- Interface with manufacturing personnel on material status and production planning issues
- Clean and package materials and assemblies
- Maintain and control material traceability
- Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
